This RV is 32 feet long and sleeps 10 (4 Adults and 6 Children). This RV has 2 slide-outs. The rear slide out is for the bunk beds and when not needing the beds, the top bunk flips up and adds an extra dining area with built in TV and DVD player/Bluetooth stereo and Queen bedroom with pocket door and tons of storage cabinets. The front slide-out on the driver side is the the kitchen and sofa sleeper. The sofa sleeper is a double bed. Then there is a dinette that becomes a full bed. There is a very large bunk over the cab with a safety net which can easily sleep 2 adults or up to 4 children (57 x 95).

RV Rates (March 1st to October 31st)

$250 a Night. $1400 a Week. 3 Night Minimum. 7 Night Minimum for State and Federal Holidays.

Winter RV Rates (Nov. 1st to Feb. 28th)

$200 a Night. $1050 a Week. 5 Night Minimum.

*Unit will be winterized so there will be no water unless you are going somewhere warm (above freezing temperatures) and you pay a $100 winterization fee. You will be responsible for damage caused due to using water and freezing pipes.*
